Class Description:
StageCraft focuses on building a community for students interested in all aspects of technical theatre, but especially backstage work.
As members of StageCraft, students meet with professional Designers and Technicians once a week to learn about the various roles of a crew member. Participants learn practical skills related to shop safety, set construction, lighting design and hanging, sound design, stage management, and much more!
The program culminates with StageCraft members putting their learning into action as production crew for SPARC performances. Their production work will help bring the performances to life!
